Dance Fitness Classes
Afro Groove
A fun and high-energy dance fitness workout that uses popular urban dance styles from across Africa such as Azonto, Shaku Shaku, Zanku, Amapiano, and more. This class is designed to improve coordination, stamina, confidence, and overall fitness while keeping the atmosphere exciting and enjoyable.
Dance Fusion
An energetic dance fitness class that blends different dance styles and music genres into one exciting experience. From Afrobeat to Pop, Hip Hop, and Commercial dance influences, this class keeps participants moving, sweating, and fully engaged.
Dance with Weights
A dynamic dance fitness class that combines energetic choreography with the use of light dumbbells to help build strength, improve endurance, tone muscles, and boost cardiovascular fitness. This full-body workout blends rhythm, movement, and resistance training for a fun yet challenging exercise experience.
Abs and Groove
A half-and-half dance fitness class that combines Hip Hop-inspired movement with Afro dance grooves. The session focuses on strengthening and toning the abdominal area while improving rhythm, endurance, and overall body coordination through fun choreography and energetic movement.
Latin and Groove
A vibrant fusion dance fitness class that combines Latin-inspired music and movement with Afro dance styles. Participants enjoy a cardio-based workout while learning exciting grooves that improve rhythm, flexibility, and confidence.
Latin and Dancehall Fusion
A high-energy dance fitness class that combines the smooth rhythms and partner-inspired movements of Latin dance with the bold, expressive grooves of Dancehall. This exciting fusion class helps improve coordination, stamina, confidence, and musicality while delivering a fun full-body workout packed with vibrant energy and culture.
Praise Movement Session
A faith-inspired dance fitness experience that combines movement, worship, and exercise using uplifting Christian and Gospel music. The class is designed to energize the body, refresh the mind, and uplift the spirit in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Dance Training Classes
Salsa for Beginners
Learn the fundamentals of Salsa through fun partner work, footwork drills, and group routines. This class helps students improve rhythm, coordination, confidence, musicality, and social dance skills.
Hip Hop for Beginners
An introductory Hip Hop class designed to teach foundational grooves, freestyle, movement techniques, and choreography in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Students are also introduced to the culture, history, and foundations of Hip Hop as an art form.
Afro Dance for Beginners
A beginner-friendly Afro dance training class where movements are broken down step-by-step to help students build confidence, rhythm, coordination, musicality, and performance skills while exploring various Afro dance styles.
Contemporary Dance Class
Our Contemporary Dance classes combine Ballet, Jazz, and Afro-inspired movement techniques with creative expression and storytelling. Students develop body awareness, technique, emotional expression, improvisation skills, and personal artistic identity through movement exploration.
Ballet (School Club)
A structured Ballet training program designed for schools and young learners, focused on building grace, posture, discipline, flexibility, coordination, and foundational Ballet technique in a fun and supportive environment. Students also develop confidence, musicality, and stage presence through creative movement and performance exercises.
Associate Classes at Krump Studios
Capoeira
A unique Afro-Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, dance, music, rhythm, and acrobatics in an energetic and culturally rich training experience.
Breaking for Kids
A fun and engaging beginner-friendly Breaking (Breakdance) class designed for children to build confidence, coordination, creativity, strength, and teamwork through foundational Breaking techniques and movement games.
Yoga
A guided movement and wellness class focused on flexibility, balance, breathing, relaxation, and overall physical and mental well-being.
